Interlink Petroleum Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To allot 1,03,10,000 (One Crore Three Lakhs Ten Thousand Only) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each Rs 16.72 each to Jit Sun Investments Pte Ltd.

2. To conduct any other business as the Board of Directors may deem fit.
