Intra Infotech - Board Meeting on Apr 14, 2008
Intra Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Auditors of the Company, M/s. Dinesh Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants have resigned with effect from March 12, 2008 due to personal reasons. The Board Meeting of the Directors of the Company will be held on April 14, 2008 to transact the following businesses:
1. To accept resignation of the Auditors of the Company, M/s. Dinesh Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
2. To appoint new auditors in place of resigned auditors subject to the approval of Shareholders in General Meeting.
3. Convening of Extra Ordinary General Meeting for the purpose of appointment of new auditors in place of resigned auditors.
