With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily on March 05, 2008 titled “IRB to maintain all road in Kolhapur”, IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:

- As a routine course of business, the Company bids for various infrastructure projects in the country.

- The Company has, in consortium with its subsidiary Companies, submitted its bid for a BOT project relating to Integrated Road Development Program in Kolhapur and the Company understand that they have emerged as highest financial bidder for this project.

- However, the Company have yet not received any official communication from MSRDC for award of this project.
