Ircon International Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. R K Goyal, Additional Member (Planning) Railway Board, responsible for co-ordination between Railway PSUs, is a part-time official director on the Board of Ircon vide Presidential communication (dated April 09, 2008) issued by the Ministry of Railways. Mr. R K Goyal joined Ircon’s Board on April 10, 2008 vide his consent dated April 10, 2008.

He is also a part-time (official) director on the Board of Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd.
