ISMT Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Mr. V Balasubramanian, Joint Managing Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from the closing hours of business on April 30, 2008.

2. Mr. Salil Taneja, President (Corporate Strategy & Development) has been redesignated as Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 30, 2008.
