ITC - Allotment of shares under ESOS
ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on March 24, 2008 has issued and allotted 13,30,360 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,33,036 Options by Optionees under the ITC Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
Consequently, with effect from March 24, 2008, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 376,86,10,050/- divided into 376,86,10,050 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
