IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2008, inter alia, for consideration of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008, instead of publishing the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, within the stipulated time.
