Jain Studios Ltd has informed BSE that the following persons who are independent has been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company vide Board Meeting dated January 23, 2008 w.e.f. January 23, 2008.

1. Sh. Krishan Lall Khetarpaul
2. Sh. J C Jetli
3. Smt. Tanuja Joshi

Further the Company has informed that, Dr. Shekhar Agarwal has resigned from the post of Director w.e.f. January 24, 2008.
