Jaypee Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 15, 2008, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Audited Accounts for the Financial Year 2007-2008 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity share capital for the Financial Year 2007-2008.
