Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approving annual accounts and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2007-08.

2. Taking on record Audited Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year 2007-08 and

3. Recommending final dividend, if any.
