Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Sushil Maroo has resigned from Wholetime Directorship of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd with effect from close of business hours of June 17, 2008 as he has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director of Jindal Power Ltd., subsidiary of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. with effect from June 18, 2008. However, he will continue to be Director of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd and guide and direct the financial activities of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd and its associate Companies.
