Jolly Board Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have passed the following Special Resolutions:

1. Providing the Company’s land and premises at Kanjur Marg, Mumbai as security for the additional Construction Finance Loan sanctioned by Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd to the Developer for construction of an Information Technology Park on Company’s land at Kanjur Marg, Mumbai; and

2. Making any loans or investments in excess of the limits prescribed under section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956.
