Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that Jyoti Structures Africa (Pty) Ltd. a Joint Venture Company of Jyoti Structures Ltd has been awarded a contract for execution of 114Km of 765KV Single Circuit Transmission Line Construction from Majuba to Umfolozi by Eskom Enterprises (Pty) Ltd., the electricity utility of South Africa. The Contract valued at approximately Rands 184 millions (equivalent to Rs 93 Crores) is to be executed in 13 months.
