Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. recommended a Dividend of Rs 2.50 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each (i.e. 25%) for the Financial Year 2007-08; and
2. Recommended an issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of one new Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for every one existing Equity Share held.
