With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled “Karuturi set to buy Dutch firm Florinex”, Karuturi Networks Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company has not issued any press statement regarding the acquisition and the Company do not substantiate to any part of the news item.
The Company presume that the media might have gathered the information from outside sources and the Company do not confirm any part of it.
