Kesar Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of postal ballot have passed the following Resolutions:

1. Ordinary Resolution relating to Mortgage and / or Charge on the assets of the Company in favour of IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd on behalf of the Lenders, Allahabad Bank, Mumbai and Sugar Development Fund, Delhi to secure term loans of Rs 75.41 crores and 32.73 crores respectively, by majority.

2. Special Resolution to alter Object Clause in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, with requisite majority.
