Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on June 26, 2008, has allotted 79,478 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Stock Options granted as under:
- ESOP Plan Series 2002-03/06 : 36,978 equity shares
- ESOP Plan Series 2002-03/07 : 42,500 equity shares
