Kushagra Software Ltd has informed BSE that Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the change of name in the company from “Kushagra Software Ltd” to “Concurrent (India) Infrastructure Ltd”. The Company has gone thru the change in objects clause of the Company with the re-orientation of the Company, in the areas of infrastructure, projects and engineering and software services.

The Company name change has come into effect from June 13, 2008.
