Lactose India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Report of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. To consider the appointment of Auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting and to fix their remuneration.
