Madras Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 08, 2008 and all the resolutions as set out of in the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been passed, including declaration of Dividend at 90% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2007-08 and sub-division of Equity Shares from Rs 10/- to five shares of Rs 2/- each.
