Marksans Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2008 to consider and approve redemption of Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares issued by the Company and due for redemption on March 27, 2008 by way of issue of Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares for the same amount as due for redemption and on the same terms and conditions as earlier.
