Mercator Lines Ltd has informed BSE that Credit Analysis & Research Ltd (CARE) has reaffirmed ‘CARE AA‘ (Double A) rating to all the outstanding secured redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by the Company as well as granted ‘CARE AA’ (Double A) rating to the long term borrowings of the Company.
CARE has also assigned ‘PR1 +’ (PR One Plus) rating to the short term proposed facilities of the Company.
