Mid-day Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting held on June 11, 2008 the board has allotted 16,66,666 Equity shares against conversion of 8,33,333 Share warrants issued to Ferari Investments & Trading Co Pvt Ltd & against conversion of 8,33,333 Convertible Preference shares to Banhem Financial & Investments Consultants Ltd.
The details of Allottees are as under

1. Ferari Investments & Trading Co. Pvt Ltd, a promoter group Company has acquired 8,33,333 equity shares of the Company since April 01, 2008 and its holding has increased from 40,87,893 (7.99%) equity shares to 49,21,226 (9.31%) equity shares. There is no change in holding of the Promoter group.

2. Banhem Financial & Investments Consultants Ltd, an affiliate of Bennet Coleman & Co. has acquired 8,33,333 equity shares of the Company since April 01, 2008 and its holding has increased from 28,16,058 (5.50%) equity shares to 36,49,391 (6.91%) equity shares.

Consequent upon the said allotment the Paid up Capital of Company stands increased to Rs 52,83,52,760 consisting of 5,28,35,276 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
