2. The Audited Consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

3. The recommendation, if any, of the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

4. The sub-division (split) of the Equity Shares of the Company, and

5. The recommendation, if any, of the Remuneration / Compensation Committee to frame Employees’ Stock Option Scheme(s) for the benefit of the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
