NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that a new Joint Venture Company between NMDC Ltd & Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (CMDC) for the development of Bailadila Iron Ore Deposit No. 13 in Chhattisgarh State has been incorporated as “NMDC-CMDC LTD” under the Companies Act, 1956 on June 19, 2008 with an initial share ratio percentage of 51:49.
