Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has emerged as the highest bidder and won the bid from Naya Raipur Development Authority, Chhattisgarh for Development of theme township with 18 Hole Golf Course on over 400 acres (Approx.) at Naya Raipur, Capital City of Chhattisgarh with a project value of Rs 1200 Crores (Approx.), which shall include the development of Residential and Commercial Bldgs, Golf Villas and a Hotel.
