Platinum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that members of the Company, will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot, the Special Resolution to delist the Company’s Equity Shares from The Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd and Vadodara Stock Exchange Ltd, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.

The Company has appointed Mr. B G Pandya, Practicing Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in fair and transparent manner.

The duly completed Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizers on or before the close of the working hours on March 26, 2008.

The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the Scrutiny and the result of the Voting by Postal Ballot will be announced on March 28, 2008.
