With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 24, 2008 regarding granting of 21,66,500 Nos of stock options to the employees of the Company under Associate Stock Option Plan 2003 & 2004, Polaris Software Lab Ltd has now informed BSE that the number of Stock Options granted should be read as “37,500″.
