Premier Synthetics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to extend the financial year of the Company ending on March 31,2008 to June 30, 2008 due to financial and other functional constrains. Thus the financial year 2007-08 shall consist of a period of fifteen months commencing from April 01, 2007 and ending on June 30, 2008 and thereafter the financial years shall consist of a period of 12 months commencing from July 01 and ending on June 30, every year.
