Prima Agro Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
“1. Sales / Income from operation has been understated by Rs 113.8 lacs and Other Income has been overstated by Rs 113.8 Lacs for the period ended March 31, 2007. This has no impact on the Total Income and Profitability for the said period.”
