Prime Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would like to publish the audited results for the entire year from April 01, 2007 to March 31, 2008 within 3 months instead of publishing the unaudited results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2008 within 30 days. The Board meeting will be convened during the month of June 08 and the results will be published on or before June 30, 2008.
