Promact Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Directors’ Report including Report on Corporate Governance, Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. Re-appointment of Shri. Babubhai A Patel & Shri. Kamlesh H Amin as Directors of the Company.

3. Appointment of M/s. Rajan Anandpara & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Auditors of the Company to hold the office until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on a remuneration, terms and conditions.
