Proto Developers & Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, has decided the following:
1. Approve the scheme of merger between Proto Developers & Technologies Ltd and Createch Solutions Ltd.
2. As per the scheme swap ratio will 2:1 i.e. against two shares of Createch Solutions Ltd, one share of Proto Developers and Technologies Ltd.
