PVR Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2008, has declared dividend as under:
1. Interim dividend on 5% Redeemable Preference share capital for the Financial Year 2007-08; and
2. Interim dividend @ 10% on the Equity share capital for the Financial Year 2007-08.
