Ram Ratna Wires Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider further issue of equity shares.
2. To consider increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequent alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
3. To approve, if required, the Notice for convening the Extra—Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company.
