With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 17, 2007, Rama Vision Ltd has informed BSE that the necessary permission from the competent authorities of Government of Uttrakhand has been obtained by the proposed buyer with whom the Company has entered into an agreement for sell of its land & building constructed there on situated at 2 km Kichha Rudarpur Road, Kichha Dist, Udhamsingh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Further the Company has informed that the sale deed will be executed as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the agreement to sell.
