Rane Brake Linings Limited has informed the Exchange that by an order made on October 26, 2007 the Court has decided that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the company be held on November 28, 2007 for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Demerger, Merger and Amalgamation proposed to be made between Rane Engine Valves Limited, Techcons Limited, Rane Brake Products Limited, Rane Holdings Limited and the Applicant Company (Rane Brake Linings Limited) and their respective shareholders.
