Rane Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meting held on March 27, 2008, inter alia, has declared interim dividend of Rs 6/- per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2008, on the enhanced paid up capital of Rs 142,778,090 comprising of 14,277,809 shares of Rs 10 each.
