Refex Refrigerants Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 07, 2008, has appointed Shri. Jagdish Jain, Director as whole time director of the Company effective from April 01, 2008. This appointment would be subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
