Refex Refrigerants Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company have approved the following Special Resolutions, by way of Postal Ballot, with requisite majority:
1. Authority for investment in the securities of M/S. Sherisha Technologies (S) Pte Ltd for a total amount not exceeding Indian Rs 60,00,00,000.
2. Furnishing of Corporate Guarantee for borrowings of M/S. Kaltech Engineering and
Refrigeration Pte Ltd, Singapore.
