Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2007, has reviewed the performance of the various businesses of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, at the above said meeting the Board of Directors of the Company has, in order to further improve its operational and financial efficiency, approved an Employee Separation Scheme called as “Voluntary Retirement Scheme” for its employees related to the Duplicator business.
