Rolta India Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008:

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 787.50 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 469.40 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 1530.40 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 2360.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

The Consolidated results are as follows:

The Group has posted a net profit after minority interest of Rs 657.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 455.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 1864.90 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 2988.90 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
