Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to the conversion of the GDRs issued by the Company in the year 2006 into the equity shares, the Company had applied for de-listing of GDRs from Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The GDRs of the Company have been de-listed by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with effect from June 02, 2008.
