Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Company’s European subsidiary, Orlandofin BV, has acquired on February 21, 2008 a Swedish Company called ‘Arvika Gjuteri AB’ having facilities to produce 28,000 MTs per annum of castings for buses, trucks, and heavy off-road vehicles, and a machine shop.
