Sampada Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Vinod Mimani has been appointed as director & elected as chairman of the Board as on May 24, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, Shri. Adarsh Somani & Shri. Varun Somani have been appointed as directors of the Company as on the said date i.e. on May 24, 2008.

Meanwhile, the Company may add that Shri. Rajendra Somani and Shri. Susheel G Somani have resigned from the directorships of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date i.e. on
May 24, 2008.
