Sankhya Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2008, inter alia, has considered the following:
1. The board recommended 12% dividend for the Year 2007-2008.
2. The Company has added Eleven new customers of which three are large customers with multiyear contracts.
3. The Company has added a new product delivery model of Software as a Service for its SILICON suite of products.
