Saregama India Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company, at its meeting held on May 15, 2008, has approved investment in 100% of the shares of RPG Publications Pvt. Ltd. by virtue of which the said Company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Saregama India Ltd. The said subsidiary would be engaged in publication of periodicals, newspapers etc. in the print media.
