Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company allotted 20,624 equity shares through circular resolution on March 18, 2008 under stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 670,365,511 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,340,731,022.00 to 670,386,135 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,340,772,270.00.
