Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company allotted 45,306 equity shares through circular resolution on January 03, 2008, approved on January 04, 2008 under stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 669,531,220 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,339,062,440 to 669,576,526 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,339,153,052.
