Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company allotted 14,468 equity shares through circular resolution on February 14, 2008, approved on February 15, 2008 under stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 669,976,406 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,339,952,812.00 to 669,990,874 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,339,981,748.00.
